Tom Dudley

Tom comes to Pinnacle with a diverse background in executive healthcare leadership. Over the last two decades, Tom has held roles as Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President of Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and President for publicly traded and privately held healthcare companies, including DaVita (NYSE:DVA), American Vision Partners, and US Renal Care.

Outside of work, Tom enjoys spending time enjoying all things outdoors with his wife, children and 3 dogs.

Chief Medical Officer and Managing Partner, Troy Gastro

Partha S. Nandi, MD, FACP

Dr. Nandi is the Chief Medical Officer of Pinnacle GI Partners and Managing Partner of the Troy Gastroenterology Division.  Dr. Nandi works closely with the Pinnacle GI leadership team and leads our physician committees that support our “dyad” business and clinical partnership model.  Dr. Nandi is a Director on the Pinnacle GI Partners corporate board of directors.

Dr. Nandi is a practicing gastroenterologist in the Troy Gastroenterology practice, where he has a special interest in therapeutic endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound. Dr. Nandi is an American Board of Internal Medicine certified in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Gastroenterology, the American Gastroenterology Association, and the American Society of Gastroenterological Endoscopy. He performed his undergraduate studies at Ohio State University, where he graduated summa cum laude. He obtained his medical degree at Wayne State University, where he graduated with distinction and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Wayne State University. He completed his fellowship in Gastroenterology at the University of Michigan. Dr. Nandi also serves on the board of United Physicians and is the Chief Health Editor of WXYZ ABC Detroit.

Albert Ross, MD

Dr. Albert Ross is the Managing Partner of the Michigan Gastroenterology Division in Lansing, Michigan.  Dr. Ross works closely with the Pinnacle GI Partners Leadership team.  Dr. Ross is a Board Observer on the Pinnacle GI Partners corporate board. Dr Ross received his medical degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri where he graduated with honors. His Internship and Residency were performed at the University of Chicago Hospital and his Fellowship was completed at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He is board-certified in both Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology. Dr. Ross has been practicing in the Lansing area since 1995.

Director of Human Resources

Kristie Arens

Kristie is the Director of Human Resources for Pinnacle GI Partners. Kristie previously served in a leadership role as the Director of Human Resources and Director of Fund Development for a large senior living community. Her strengths are in corporate communication, labor relations, recruiting and retention, performance management, professional development, training/education, and corporate compliance/ethics. Early in her career, Kristie worked in Human Resources for EDS, supporting General Motors in their customer service center for Chevrolet. Kristie enjoys occasional consulting work, providing human resources support for small business owners in her local community. Kristie received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Central Michigan University in Organizational Development and Human Resources.

Kristie resides in White Lake, Michigan; enjoys boating and kayaking on Lake Huron; is an avid reader; and loves to travel.  She also enjoys spending time with her husband Robert, and her two college-aged children.

Michael Davis is the Cheif Financial Officer at Pinnacle GI Partners and a member of our leadership team

Chief Financial Officer

Michael Davis

Michael Davis is the Chief Financial Officer at Pinnacle GI Partners, bringing more than 40 years of healthcare financial expertise and leadership to the position. Specializing in private equity-sponsored organizations from pre-transaction to post-transaction activities, Mr. Davis has a diverse background in mergers and acquisitions, capital financing activities, operational budgeting, financial reporting, and internal controls. Prior to joining Pinnacle GI Partners, he served as an Engagement Partner for Tatum, a nationally recognized Healthcare Consulting Firm. Before that, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Lakeview Health System, a private-equity sponsored Addiction Treatment and Substance Abuse company with operations in Florida and Texas.  Mr. Davis also served as Chief Financial Officer of Aris Radiology, a national-based full-service radiology company serving over 150 clients in 38 states. He has also served as executive vice president and CFO for Behavioral Centers of America, Essent Healthcare, and Behavioral Healthcare Corporation; as CFO for United Medical Center, owned by the District of Columbia; and as vice president of financial operations for Community Health Systems.  He started his career after graduating from college with Hospital Corporation of America, serving in various financial roles.

Mr. Davis has a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from the University of Florida. He is an advanced member of Healthcare Financial Management Association and a recipient of the Folmer Award.  He is married to Rebecca Davis and has three fur babies with a combined weight of 15 pounds.  He enjoys traveling with his wife and cooking on the Big Green Egg.

Corporate Controller

Patti Pertile

Patti Pertile is the Corporate Controller for Pinnacle GI Partners.  Patti joins Pinnacle GI Partners with over 25 years of progressive Accounting experience, most recently serving as Controller for Redwood Dental with experience in acquisitions and integrations of accounting functions for over 90 locations across 4 states.  Her strengths are in process improvement, variance analysis, financial reporting, and partnerships with various stakeholders.  Early in her career, she worked in healthcare and most recently worked as Director of Finance for an Orthopedic practice, where she oversaw the merger with an investment management firm and provided support to the Accounting and Financial reporting of the transaction.  Patti received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from Wayne State University.

Patti resides in Macomb Twp, MI with her husband Jack of 25 years and 2 college-aged children.  She enjoys spending time with family, staying active, running and reading in her spare time.

Revenue Cycle Director

Lynn Flynn

Lynn A. Flynn is the Revenue Cycle Director for Pinnacle GI Partners. Lynn joins Pinnacle GI Partners with over 30 years of progressive billing, collections, coding, and health information management experience, most recently serving as the Revenue Cycle Director for Great Expressions Dental Centers with experience in integrating revenue cycle operations for over 250 dental offices across 9 states. Lynn has a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and improving net patient revenue with a focus on the patient experience and provider relations. Lynn received her Master of Science degree in Health Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy, and is certified as a Registered Health Information Technician, RHIT.

Lynn resides in Northville, Michigan, with her college-aged daughter. She enjoys cooking, hiking, bicycling and reading in her spare time.

Director of Technology

Kevin Schokora

Kevin Schokora is the Director of Technology for Pinnacle GI Partners. Before his role at Pinnacle GI Partners, Kevin was in IT leadership roles with two private equity-backed organizations in dentistry and veterinary medicine. Kevin has an extensive information technology background and is experienced in aligning technical solutions with business initiatives to achieve higher productivity, enhanced security, and reduced operating expenses.

Kevin holds an MBA in Information Technology, is an advocate of Dale Carnegie Leadership and is Scrum Master certified. He resides in Berkley, Michigan, and enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and two poodles.

Executive Director of the Center for Digestive Health

Alex Lepola, MBA

Alex Lepola has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Michigan State University and an M.B.A. from California State University. He worked at Southern California Orthopedic Institute for 18 years, working his way from the appointment desk to the Director of Operations. Alex has a great deal of
experience with clinical workflows, patient experience, managing large teams, and working closely with outside referral sources.
